Renewing our party is an important first step. But to earn the trust of Nova Scotians, we also need a clear vision for the future we want to build.
The second and final pillar of my leadership plan outlines my vision for a Nova Scotia where a good life is within reach.
This vision reflects what I’ve heard from Liberals and Nova Scotians across the province and lays a foundation for our next general election platform. It sets out the priorities I believe should guide our work, grounded in three principles: stronger communities, lasting opportunity and government accountability.
These are starting points, not a finished platform. The specific commitments we take to Nova Scotians should be developed together, with a meaningful role for Liberal members, EDAs and commissions, communities, and people with lived experience and expertise.
